After gentle pressing, the wine is fermented slowly to retain the rose-petal aromas, then aged for several months in stainless steel tanks before bottling.
Very approachable, the palate is soft and balanced, with fullness rather than sweetness apparent. A surfeit of tropical fruits and exotic spices. Pairs perfectly with chilli dishes such as Thai Green Curry and Thai Prawns, Pan-fried Snapper with coconut milk, capers and cucumber.
