Our young Pinot Gris vines are in full production. Careful viticultural management, particularly hand leaf plucking, ensured even ripeness. For the first time our Pinot Gris was aged in neutral oak barrels for 6 months prior to bottling. This wine displays aromas of pear drops, candy floss, toasted hazelnut and spice on the nose. On the palate this wine is rich, textural and mouth-filling.nose. The palate displays white peach, ginger and fine citrus with a lively texture and long finish. Enjoy as we do!
