This wine truly is reminiscent of the great white Bordeaux. The flavour-ful must has been barrel fermented with wild yeasts in 100% new French oak puncheons. I left them on the fine lees to mature for 18 months in the same barrel before bottling. Will be a fantastic keeper!

The back-bone of zesty acidity and perfect harmonious minerality is gracefully balanced expressing finesse. Powerful yet delicate lingering finish. It will be very good young, yet last well, a pinnacle of achievement!
