Ripe fruit was hand harvested from two short canes, destemmed at the winery, gently crushed and pressed. The resulting juice was fermented cool to retain the varietal character prior to blending and bottling. A savoury and spice nose aromas of ripe pear passion fruit and a hint of lychee and subdued floral rose aromas. The palate is dryish, long, soft, supple and velvety. Great aperitif, matches exotic spicy expressive foods and cheeses. Excellent wine match with all Asian or Indian foods.
