Very old beach stones and relaxing sea breezes from the Pacific Ocean have proven to be treasured at our Te Awanga coastal vineyard. Literally a stone's throw away from the sea allows the grapes to mature slowly, whilst preserving lively acidity and intensive flavours. Sea Sauvignon Blanc is made with grapes from our Te Awanga Vineyard. 50% was fermented in 500L oak puncheons and 50% in stainless steel tank. 16 months on lees.
