Tekau is a special wine made from a particular parcel of Sauvignon Blanc which is inoculated with indigenous yeast collected from the Blind River vineyard. Fermented in French oak barrels of varying ages, the wine undergoes a number of specialist winemaking techniques resulting in a very different expression of this enigmatic grape variety.
