The Aotea by the Seifried Family Sauvignon Blanc is pungent and tropical, showing notes of snow peas, white flesh peach and passionfruit. Gentle minerally acidity balanced the fruit weight and concentration on the palate leaving lingering flavours of passionfruit and citrus.
